Saturday, April 16, 2011 in Southgate, Michigan (north of Detroit) a Yancey party went DOWN! My oldest brother, Little Tony, married his love of the past 8 years, Kara Raper. When it was all said and done, most of us Yancey’s (and Stone’s) made our way up north to partake in the festivities!
The wedding was short, sweet and straight to the point. It was so touching to see Little Tony and Kara pledge their lives to each other! The open-bar reception (uhh, WINNING!) was great, and the food even BETTER. Kara is Italian so we were served a traditional Italian meal. That mess made the Jersey Shore meals look like nothing more than an appetizer. And the cake wound up being a bunch of tiered cupcakes in four different flavors. I can not reiterate it enough, the food was EXCEPTIONAL! Below are a bunch of silly pictures we took inside of the photo booth during the reception. 😀
